At UNHUSH, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Sometimes you may need to pause, reschedule, or even cancel your session—and that’s okay. Our goal is to make this process simple, respectful, and fair for both you and our listeners.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the booking becomes non-refundable, as the time has already been reserved exclusively for you.
Refunds
- All approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method you used at the time of booking.
- Refunds typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Rescheduling
- If you’d like to reschedule instead of cancel, you can do so up to 24 hours before your session at no extra cost.
- For rescheduling within 24 hours, we encourage you to reach out to us—we’ll always try to find the most supportive solution possible.
