Welcome to UNHUSH. We’ve built this space to give people a safe breathing space to talk, to be heard, and to find peace. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, because they’re here to protect you and everyone else in our community.
1. Eligibility
To use UNHUSH, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Create an account using accurate and truthful information.
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform for violating our Terms.
2. Age Restriction
UNHUSH is strictly for users 18 years and older. If you are under 18, you may not register or use our services.
3. User Conduct
At UNHUSH, respect and safety are non-negotiable. By using our platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform respectfully and without harassment.
- Not share personal identifying information (such as home address, financial details, etc.) with listeners or other users.
- Not record, capture, or distribute any part of a session without clear consent.
- Avoid any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behavior, or put the safety of others at risk.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 3–7 business days to reflect.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the changes here with a new Effective Date. By continuing to use UNHUSH after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
